Who we are
Tradesfluence, a Z Media Group LLC company based in United States (national, remote) operates this website for Tradesfluence. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why, and what we do with it. Questions about it can be sent to the address on our contact page.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and your message. We also record the time of submission and technical details of the request, such as an IP address and browser type, to detect abuse.
Information collected automatically. The site uses first-party analytics that record pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type and the referring site, without advertising cookies. Any analytics or advertising tags this site loads, and how to opt out of them, are listed under "Cookies, pixels and advertising measurement" below.
Player preferences. The podcast player stores your current episode and position in your browser so playback can continue as you move between pages. This stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Chat assistant. If you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you type are processed to answer you and may be kept so we can follow up on questions and improve the answers.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to provide the services you asked about. To understand how the site is used and improve it. To protect the site from spam and abuse. Tradesfluence, a Z Media Group LLC company does not sell personal information for money.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site, host content, deliver email and manage inquiries, each of which is bound to use the information only on our behalf. Authorities, if the law requires it. Any analytics or advertising platforms whose tags this site loads, as described under "Cookies, pixels and advertising measurement" below.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a relationship follows, for as long as our records obligations require. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can decline cookies in your browser settings, and use the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page. You can contact us at the address on our contact page to access, correct or delete the information you have given us, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Your state privacy rights are described below.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.

What we use
Tradesfluence, a Z Media Group LLC company uses the following technologies on tradesfluence.com:
- Site analytics. Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) records the pages you view, how you arrived (for example a search, a social post or an ad), your general location (city or region, estimated from your IP address), and your device and browser type.
- First-party analytics. Our website platform's own measurement tool stores a random identifier in your browser's local storage so visits and sessions can be counted. It does not set advertising cookies. Your IP address is converted into a one-way code that changes every day and is used only to remove duplicate visits; the IP address itself is not stored.
These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, including identifiers that the Google platforms use to recognize the same browser across different websites. Our servers do not report your actions on this site to advertising platforms.
Why we use them
- To measure whether our advertising works, so we can stop paying for ads that do not.
- To understand which pages and content people find useful.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not sell or rent our contact lists.
- We do not send the platforms your name, the content of your messages or form answers, or your payment card details.
- We do not use these tools to target ads at children under 13.
Please note: some U.S. state privacy laws treat letting an advertising or analytics platform collect information through a tag on our site, for advertising, as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply, you have the right to opt out, as described below.
Your choices
- Opt out of targeted advertising. Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"). When you opt out, this site stops loading Google Analytics in that browser. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as a request to opt out.
- Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop the site from working.
- Platform settings. You can manage how each platform uses this data in your account settings: Google (myadcenter.google.com). Google offers a browser opt-out add-on for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Industry opt-outs. optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Each platform uses the information it receives under its own privacy policy, which we do not control: Google (policies.google.com/privacy).
Retention
First-party analytics records are deleted after about 13 months. The advertising and analytics platforms keep the data they receive for as long as their own policies allow.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon or other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- appeal our decision on your request.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent.
